After graduating from the University of Illinois in 1990 with a computer science degree, Eric spent a year living in Spain. When he returned, Eric joined Spyglass and led a group that developed the Web browser which would become known as Internet Explorer. In 1997, Eric left Spyglass and founded SourceGear, which is now a leading vendor of version control tools. In 2002, SourceGear was honored by Inc. magazine as one of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in America.

Billy Hollis - Author and Microsoft Regional Director

With his co-author Rockford Lhotka, Billy wrote the first-to-market VB.NET book, which was published by Wrox Press. Since then, Billy has taught VB.NET classes and consulted for major companies. He has also authored (and co-authored) at least eight books about .NET. Billy is the MSDN Regional Director (RD) for Tennessee, and was named RD of the year in 2001. He continues to write frequent tech articles and a regular MSDN column, called “Adventures in VB.NET.”
