With his co-author Rockford Lhotka, Billy wrote the first-to-market VB.NET book, which was published by Wrox Press. Since then, Billy has taught VB.NET classes and consulted for major companies. He has also authored (and co-authored) at least eight books about .NET. Billy is the MSDN Regional Director (RD) for Tennessee, and was named RD of the year in 2001.
